Malaysia Working Saints Blending, Perfecting And Training (17-20 October, 2025)

From 17th to 20th October, the churches in Malaysia were gathered for a timely speaking of the ministry. The general subject of the Malaysia Working Saints Blending, Perfecting and Training this time is “Concerning Shepherding”. Throughout the Perfecting, the saints experienced the wonderful shepherding of Christ and receiving help to see the importance of shepherding. The following are their testimonies:

Thank the Lord for His mercy and grace, leading me and my companions to participate in the past Malaysia Working Saints Blending, Perfecting and Training. I was touched by the message on shepherding by cherishing and nourishing. In God’s complete salvation, the content of the entire New Testament is that Christ as the Son of Man cherishing us and as the Son of God nourishing us. We need to live a shepherding life, that is a life of ministering Christ to others in love, so that the church can be built up; this kind of living is a life of fruit-bearing. I am reminded that how much we can bear fruits does not depend on what we can do, but it is a matter of whether we have an intimate concern. If we want to minister life to the saints, we must have genuine concern towards them. How do we shepherd others? Love is the most excellent way! (1 Cor. 12:31b) May the Lord have mercy on us, seeing that shepherding is truly the most important matter in the Lord’s recovery. It is our urgent need to receive the burden of shepherding. To be one with Christ under His organic shepherding that we may shepherd the others. -- CGF
In this 3-day training, we covered 9 messages concerning shepherding, which enlightens me to change my concept from taking care of family with my natural abilities to shepherding them according to God by setting a proper pattern for them. I should first be shepherded by God, becoming an empty and open vessel to Him by calling upon His name, praying to Him and pray-reading His words. It was a wonderful and quite unique experience for my whole family, which we never had before in our church life. We truly witnessed the genuine love, tender care and God-man shepherding from the dear saints and the serving ones. I also see that the church is obtained through God's own precious blood, His heart desire is to build up His body. We, every believer, no matter how long we have been saved, we should cherish the church life, nourish and shepherd each other and flock together. Praise the Lord for His timely speaking and help, He knows our every need. -- WPY
“Simon, son of John, do you love Me? ... Yes, Lord You know that I love You. He said to him, Shepherd My sheep” (John 21:16). Those who love the Lord must shepherd His lambs. Today, we are both sheep and shepherds. As sheep, we need to be shepherded by God and other saints. We are also shepherds under Christ, the Chief Shepherd. Christ is the perfect pattern for shepherding. The Lord shepherds us, even laying down His life to save us. We need to follow this pattern to shepherd the flock of God with a loving and forgiving heart, and with the seeking, finding, and shepherding spirit of our Savior Christ in His humanity. -- JYL
Christ is the Shepherd of our soul, caring for the welfare of our inner being and exercising oversight over the condition of our real person. I treasure such a pneumatic Christ is dwelling in me, caring for my soul --mind, emotion and will. I always thought that as long as our spirit is strong, there will be no problem. But often in the church life, my spirit may be burning for a period of time, but due to my troubled soul I lose my enjoyment towards the Lord, and regress in my spiritual condition. However, through Christ as the Shepherd of our soul, He spreads from our spirit reaching every part of our soul, and care for our problems, needs, and wounds. I treasure such a Christ, shepherding me in every detail, so that I will not be lost and continue to go on in the church life, remaining in Him as the green pastures to eat of Him freely, nourished by Him.
Through the perfecting this time I also see that we have received a commission to shepherd the flock of God. Our shepherding the saints is not merely for our own region or locality, but for the building up of the Body of Christ. The proper shepherding is to flock the saints together as one, so that the churches can be blended together. As we are cooperating with Christ in His heavenly ministry, we must shepherd according to God, that is according to His nature, desire, way and glory, not according to our preference, interest, purpose, and disposition. It is not even a matter of whether we are weak or strong to shepherd the others. May the Lord gain us to turn to Christ daily, experiencing Him as our Shepherd, and receiving the commission for the Body of Christ, rise up to shepherd the flock of God. -- CSA
