As I witness the coordination with the local saints, this verse in Ephesians 4:16 became my reality, “Out from whom all the Body, being joined together and being knit together through every joint of the rich supply and through the operation in the measure of each one part, causes the growth of the Body unto the building up of itself in love.” May the Lord continue to work in us to enlarge our capacity, to give our time our energy our material riches even our being for the gospel and His increase on the earth. Our prayers need to continue for all the newly baptized ones be continue to grow in life and function, the gospel contacts to be kept preserve and open to His word and for the laboring saints to continue the shepherding and strengthening of His testimony in Sabah.

In the expansion in Sabah this time, my group mainly propagated books, and in the process, we were rejected by many. According to my past experience, it is easier to save a Gentile than to lead a Christian to know concerning the church and truth. Yet, the Lord spoke to me from the HWMR on “the Recovery of the Church”, the message on “the Recovery of the Church as God’s House and God’s City as Portrayed in Ezra and Nehemiah”. I was nourished by the reading. Among so many Christians today, there are many priests, leaders, Levites, singers, and gatekeepers. Indeed, they may have been born in Babylon, but they were not born for Babylon. They were saved in the denominations, but they were not saved for the denominations; they were saved for the Lord and His recovery! If we do not go out for propagation today, if we cannot overcome the rejection from men, who will bring them back from Babylon? We need to have an aggressive spirit, going out to contact people and bring all these singers and gatekeepers back! May the Lord bless every propagated books to reach the hands of the seeking ones, so that these captives would return from captivity.

During the gospel move this time, I was impressed that God moves when we move. Whenever we come together and coordinate for God’s interest, He is able to advance further in His economy. I was in Kota Kinabalu Team, but we often travelled to an area called Tenghilan in Tuaran to preach the gospel with the goal to eventually raise up the testimony of the Lord there. We met many open and seeking contacts, baptized some saints, and contacted some key persons. One of them was the principal in a primary school. The headmaster welcomed us to his school to set up books table and introduce the spiritual books to the students. We also met three members of one family in Tenghilan at different time and place, but they were all very open to God’s word. At the end of the day, I could only worship the sovereignty of the Lord. Nothing will happen if we do not go out, but our going out will certainly cause God to reach out and bless more people. May we be those who constantly cooperate to the Lord and become His stepping stones! Praise the Lord!
